SUSTAINABILITY

AT NIRA ALPINA

ENVIRONMENT

What we have implemented in the hotel so far regarding sustainability:

  • We have 3 electric charging stations in our garage
  • We offer free transfers from the train station
  • We take part in the "Mountain railways included" campaign and can offer our guests 13 mountain railways and public transport in the Upper Engadin free of charge for those who stay at least 2 nights in summer
  • Since our hotel is a relatively new building, our windows and insulation are very good, so we do not lose any energy
  • The hotel is equipped with light sensors in almost all areas
  • PCs and lights are switched off after work
  • There are water sensors in the public men's toilets
  • The detergents we use are environmentally friendly
