Just like the food that we serve, our dining and private event spaces are influenced by international cultures and traditions. From our cosy Italian inspired Stalla Veglia to the more locally inspired Pichalain, we’ve got the perfect setting for every occasion.
Pichalain, Stalla Veglia and the Bakery are our Experiential Dining outlets. Both restaurants are open seasonally and for private events. Please check with the front desk should you want to make a reservation.
Designed for those seeking something a little different, our Pichalain Après-ski hut is a chalet constructed from Swiss stone pine trees and is the perfect place for romantic dinners and private dinner parties. Gather around the large wooden table and prepare to savour spectacular Swiss specialities, cheese fondue and raclette.
Featuring cosy decor, Stalla Veglia is a beautiful space that can be reserved exclusively for groups, events or private dinners.
Our bakery is well known for serving freshly baked treats including moreish pastries and homemade bread, promising a true taste of traditional Swiss food. Baking classes are available upon request, designed to help you refine and master your skills in the kitchen.
St. Moritz Gourmet Festival 2020
For more than a quarter of a century, the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival has been bringing together selected stars and icons from kitchens all around the world. Visitors can note these nine enjoyable days in their diary for the beginning of the year: From Friday 31th to Saturday 08th February 2020, top level guest chefs, together with the equally distinguished executive chefs at the partner hotels, will offer culinary highlights in front of the sublime backdrop of the snowclad mountain panorama of the Upper Engadine.
